BV= Business volume
Each beauty-effect product by Dr. Juchheim Cosmetics has a net price (VAT different in each country) and a BV value (BV = Business volume). The BV volume is the internal „international
currency“ of Dr. Juchheim Cosmetics, for providing a basis for commission calculation. A product has – independent from the currency – the same BV value in other countries, too. One BV point approximately equals to 1 Euro net purchase price (purchase price for consultants of Dr. Juchheim Cosmetics).
This is subject to the currently valid price list. Special offers, books, flyers, etc. are excluded.

 

Active status
A consultant reaches active status, if he has generated and paid a minimum of 500 BV points with his own sales within one calendar month. For the payment of the manager and director commissions (downline commissions), the active
status and further qualification conditions are always preconditions. In the back-office the statistic shows, if the active status is reached. If the consultant does not reach the active status within 6 subsequent months, he loses his team
(personally sponsored consultants and their downline) to his sponsor. Or, in case his sponsor is also inactive, to the next active DRJ consultant.

1. Margin for DRJ consultants
Customers In general, everybody can become a customer of Dr. Juchheim Cosmetics. The customer can be supplied directly by the consultant or he can order the products via the consultant‘s website.
Each registered consultant of Dr. Juchheim can purchase the products with a discount of 25 – 35%. The margin is depending from the current turnover of the accumulated actual calendar month.

25% up to 500 BV, 30 % from 501 – 1000 BV, 35 % from 1001 BV.

Each consultant obtains together with his registration automatically a personalized homepage with own DRJ online shop. For orders that end customers transact via this online shop, the consultant always receives a margin of 30 %.

2. Manager commissions for DRJ Manager
Each active DRJ consultant can become DRJ Manager.

Qualification:
Own active status (500 BV) and three lines („legs“) with each minimum one active consultant (500BV) in the current accounting month. Alternatively, the manager qualification can be reached with 2.000 personal BV (customer orders and own purchases of the consultant).
A manager receives commissions for the BV of his downline consultants and managers.

Manager commissions for DRJ managers:

1st level 5 %
2nd level 10 %
3rd level 5 %

There is a dynamic compression on three qualified manager levels. Of course, inactive partners (< 500 BV) are commissioned and count among the turnover of the relevant manager level.

3. Director bonus for DRJ Directors
Each manager can qualify as director for the director bonus.

3.1 Regional Team Director (RTD) 2 %
A qualified Manager can qualify for Regional Team Director, if his team on the first 3 active manager levels reaches 10.000 BV within one calendar month.
He receives 2 % on all BV in his teams till the next Regional Team Director.

3.2 National Team Director (NT) 4 %
A qualified Manager can qualify for National Team Director, if his teams on the first 3 manager levels reach 20.000 BV within one calendar month.
He receives 4 % on all BV of his teams till the next qualified National Team Director and 2 % on all BV below a qualified Regional Team Director.

3.3 International Team Director (ITD) 6 %
A qualified Manager can qualify for International Team Director, if his teams on the first three manager levels reach 40.000 BV within one calendar month.
He receives 6 % on all BV of his teams till the next qualified International Team Director, 4 % on all BV of his teams below a qualified Regional Team Director and 2 % on all BV of his team below a qualified National Team Director.

3.4 Global Team Director (GTD) 8 %
A qualified Manager can qualify for Global Team Director, if his teams on the first three
manager levels reach 80.000 BV within one calendar month.
He receives 8 % on all BV of his teams till the next qualified Global Team Director, 6 % on all BV of his teams below a Regional Team Director, 4 % on all BV of his teams below a qualified National Team Director and 2 % on all BV of his team below a qualified International Team Director.

4. President`s Team
A qualified Manager can qualify for President`s Team, if his teams on the first three manager levels reach 120.000 BV within one calendar month.
Dr. Juchheim Cosmetics pays off monthly 1 % of the total company BVs into the President`s Team pool. All qualified President`s Team members in this month will share this pool proportionally, subject to their status BV in this accounting month.

Commission calculation and payment

For the calculation only the qualifications of the actual calendar month are considered!

The payment of the commissions is executed until the 15th of the following month.
Dr. Juchheim Cosmetics is not liable for possible delays in money transfer business, caused by banks or subject to holidays or faulty transmitted account data. If there should be made an order on a Sunday/bank holiday, is this generally possible via the back-office shop (consultant area) and the payment via credit card, PayPal or Klarna invoice, as these payment forms are guaranteed and immediately booked. So, this order will still count to the actual month.

Condition for the orderly payment is that the complete bank account details of the consultant are deposited with Dr. Juchheim Cosmetics. The bank account details can be input and changed on your own in the back-office (consultant area). To have the commissions paid gross with VAT, it is necessary to deposit the national tax number in the back-office. Otherwise all commissions will be paid on net basis. If the tax number was not provided in time, there is no claim for subsequent payment of VAT.

For executing money transfers to foreign countries, Dr. Juchheim Cosmetics absolutely require IBAN and BIC/Swift code.

For commission transfer to bank accounts in Germany or the European Union, no fees will occur for the consultant. If the payment shall be transferred to an account outside the EU, (e.g. Switzerland or USA), the transfer fees are borne by the account holder.

If the bank account of a consultant changes, the data has to be amended by yourself. Furthermore, Dr. Juchheim Cosmetics are to be informed immediately, in order to assure payment to the correct account.

Transfers that could not be executed, remain in the back-office as credit for 12 months!

The qualification steps are the basis for the calculation of all types of income. Only the actually reached qualification step in the corresponding calendar month is valid. The qualification criteria have to be fulfilled again each month.

Turnover
To the turnover explicitly includes the accounted receipt of payment at Dr. Juchheim Cosmetics. The order or invoice date is not relevant for the calculation of the turnover. Dr. Juchheim Cosmetics make every endeavor to timely as possible book the receipt of payments However, they cannot take over liability for impacts on the qualifications or commission due to delays caused by possible foreign influences such as technical faults of the banks or credit card institutes.

Own sales
The own sales include the BV values of the self performed orders and end customer sales in the online shop. For orders of his end customers via the consultant‘s shop, the consultant will receive a margin of 30 %, even if there is no own sales. For payment of the commissions of the downline the manager qualification is necessary.

Registration procedure
The registration of a new consultant has to be done online on the active consultant´s DRJ website (sponsor).
The online registration can take place every day of the week. From the day of the online registration, the first accounting month will start.

Dr. Juchheim Consultant
Every person being of full age and legal capacity can become a Dr. Juchheim Cosmetics consultant. The consultant is supplied directly by Dr. Juchheim Cosmetics and receives 25 – 35 % discount on his purchase. Every sales partner may recruit further partners. Dr. Juchheim Cosmetics reserves the right to decline the registration of a consultant without giving reasons.

Downline
The „downline“ includes all consultants which belong to the team of a consultant. The downline builds up on persons recruited by the consultant himself and on persons that were recruited by his sponsored consultants, etc.

Customers
Basically everybody can become a customer of Dr. Juchheim Cosmetics. The customer can be supplied by the consultant directly, or can order the products via the consultant‘s website. In this case, invoicing and logistics are executed through Dr. Juchheim Cosmetics. Dr. Juchheim Cosmetics reserves the right to decline the supply of a customer without giving reason.

Consultant‘s website
Each registered consultant obtains a consultant sub domain with online shop (e.g. https://Mustermann.juchheim-methode.de). End customers purchasing directly via the online shop will be supplied directly by Dr. Juchheim Cosmetics. The consultant receives for this end customer orders a margin of 30 %. If an end customer once is assigned to a consultant (which happens automatically by ordering via the consultant‘s homepage), he will remain his customer forever. Even in case the customer would order products via the homepage of another consultant.

The consultant does deposit the desired name for his homepage on his own in his backoffice during the online registration. Furthermore, he has the possibility to determine which personal data shall be shown in the contact area of his personalized websites.

Additionally it is possible to put a picture onto the websites. For using the personalized homepages there is a fee of Euro 49, 00, starting the 2nd business year. However, if the consultant is inactive for 6 months, the website can be deleted and the contract be terminated. There is no refund.

Advertising materials are excluded from commission payments and have no BV value. Any sale of Dr. Juchheim Effect Cosmetics is explicitly not permitted outside the consultant´s official DRJ online shop.
The name Dr. Jürgen Juchheim may neither be used in domains nor for pages in social networks. The consultant may only present himself as „independent consultant of Dr. Juchheim Cosmetics“.

Commissions are only paid out from a value of Euro 10, 00. If the Euro 10, 00 are not reached, the amounts will be collected and paid with the next settlement. For each civil partnership/marriage only one consultancy activity is permitted, which,
however, can be practiced together.
